Heathcoat Cup Finals brings together the top BC1, BC2, BC3, BC4, BC5, BC6 and BC8 Heathcoat Cup players in England! The BC1-BC4s compete for a chance to qualify for The BE Cup Finals 2018!

Entries

When can I enter this competition?

This competition is invite only. Please enter online if you have had an invite, please contact us at info@bocciaengland.org.uk / 01159678455 if you need to enter via other means.

How do I enter?

You can enter above up until Friday 13th April.

You must be a member, to become a member set up an account

Problems registering?

Please make sure you have added a player profile to your account.

You need a current membership to enter any competition.

When will I receive my confirmation letter?

We no longer send confirmation letters, your competition registration appears on your account once you have registered and paid.

How does qualification to The BE Cup finals work?

The top 2 from BC1, BC2, BC3 and BC4 competitions will qualify for The BE Cup Finals. (If a 2017/18 BE Cup player finishes in the top 2 the qualification will be passed down to the third and/or fourth place player)

On the day

What time is registration?

Registration is between 8:45 and 9am, if you have any problems please call 07824 317993.

New for this season - phone in registration! IF you are not scheduled to play in the first round of matches you can phone or text in on the number above. Please do this by 9am.
Where is registration?

Registration takes place in the sports hall.

When will the competition start?

The first round of matches will be at 9:30am.

Is there a call up room?

There will be an informal call up area in the sports hall. Please report to the call up area 15minutes before your scheduled match time. If you are not in the call up area before your scheduled match time you risk forfeiting your match.

Can I practice before my matches?

Yes there will be practice courts available in the sports hall, they will open at 8:30am.

Will a schedule of matches be available before the competition?

A provisional schedule will be published on Monday 16th April and a confirmed schedule will be available on the morning of the competition, once all players have registered.

Will I be nationally classified at the competition?

We are running a national classification panel during the competition that will classify invited players only. You will be notified via email if we need to classify you.

Can I buy lunch and refreshments on the day?

There is a cafe onsite that will be open 9am - 7pm. Please not this cafe can get busy so please plan time to purchase lunch.

How do I get to the venue?

The address can be found at the top of this event page. A map of the 'de havilland' campus can be found here

Where can I park?

There is a large car park next to the venue (see map above). There are disabled parking bays in the sport facility car park.

Are there accessible toilets?

The sports centre has accessible toilets (please note these are not changing places toilets). If you require the use of a hoist please contact rcrack@bocciaengland,org,uk and this can be arranged in advance.
