When can I enter this competition?

Who can enter this competition?
  • This competition is for anyone that fits into the BC1-BC8

  • You can only enter ONE Heathcoat Cup competition.

  • If you are invited to The BE Cup competitions you CAN NOT enter a Heathcoat Cup competition.

How do I enter?

You can enter online up until Sunday 26th February.

You must be a member, to become a member set up an account

Problems registering?

Please make sure you have added a player profile to your account.

You need a current membership to enter any competition.

I have entered The BE Cup, can I enter the Heathcoat Cup too?

No, you can only enter one competition - The BE Cup or Heathcoat Cup.

I don't have a classification, can I still enter?

Yes, please ensure you add a self-classification to the player profile section of your online account. Guidance about the different classifications can be found here.

You will then be seen by one of our classifiers during the competition.

When will I receive my confirmation letter?

We no longer send confirmation letters, your competition registration appears on your account once you have registered and paid.

How does qualification for the finals work?

Qualification is based on the following quota:
1-3 players = 1 qualifier
4-9 players = 2 qualifiers
10+ players = 3 qualifiers

On the day

What time is registration?

Registration is at 9am, if you have any problems please call 07824 317993

Where is registration?

Registration takes place in the sports hall.

Can I practice before my matches?

Yes there will be practice courts available in the sports hall, they will open at 8:30am.

Will a schedule of matches be available before the competition?

A schedule will be published on the morning of the competition, once all players have registered.

Can I buy lunch and refreshments on the day?

There is a cafe onsite that will be open 10am-4pm.

How accessible is the venue?

The sports centre has 'Changing Places' accessible toilets and changing areas.

How can I travel to the venue?

Details of the venue location can be found at the top of this page. The nearest train station is Dunston station

Where can I park?

There are disabled parking bays in the sport facility car park.
