Details
The first of two play off dates to determine The BE Cup qualifiers! Results from the three BE Cup round locations (Sheffield,Hatfield,Guildford) will determine seeding for the competition. Players will be notified which Play Off date they need to attend, this will be based on their location.

This competition is included in the £30 BE Cup entry fee.

On the day

What time is registration?

Registration is at 8am, if you are not scheduled to be on first round you can phone in on 07824 317993.
NB. A call up room will be in operation, opening 30 minutes and closing 15 minutes before your scheduled match time.

Where is registration?

Registration takes place in the sports hall.

Can I practice before my matches?

Yes there will be practice courts available in the sports hall, they will open at 8am.

Will a schedule of matches be available before the competition?

A provisional schedule has been published above. Please double check this the day before as well as the morning of the competition to check for any changes.

Can I buy lunch and refreshments on the day?

There is a cafe onsite that will be open 8:30am – 5pm, please note Ponds Forge is a busy sports centre so leave plenty of time if you are purchasing food/drinks from the cafe.

How accessible is the venue?

There are disabled parking bays in the sport facility car park. The car park charges can be found here

The car park can get very busy so please leave time to find alternative parking, information is provided here

How does qualification for the finals work?

Qualification happens at The Be Cup Play Offs and is based on a quota:
1-4 players = 2 qualifier
5-7 players = 3 qualifiers
8+ players = 4 qualifiers

Which Play Off date do I need to enter?

You will be notified by Boccia England as to which Play Off date you need to attend, this will be based on your location.

Do I need to pay an entry fee for this competition?

No this competition is included in your initial £30 entry fee into The BE Cup.
