Meet The Team

Will provides leadership to the organisation, working closely with the Board and staff team to make sure that Boccia England is able to deliver and achieve its strategic ambitions. This includes the development and growth of the boccia community infrastructure along with the development of agreed partnerships and creating more opportunities for people to participate and play boccia.

Alongside the Head of Operations, Will is also the Deputy Safeguarding Officer.

Emma leads and oversees the operational effectiveness of Boccia England which includes services such as Business Support, Membership, Safeguarding, Governance, Human Resources, Finance, IT and Technology, Facilities, and our Trading.

Emma leads and manages the Business Support Team at Boccia England.

Alongside the CEO, Emma is also the Deputy Safeguarding Officer. 

Emma works Monday to Thursday.

Sarah joined the team in April 2025 as Head of Sport. She leads Boccia England on competition, talent, sport development and partnership work.

Sarah leads and manages the Delivery Team at Boccia England.

Sarah works Monday to Friday.

Stacey is responsible for managing our partner relationships and growing new partnerships. Stacey is also responsible for our Boccia Champions and the Try Boccia Programme.

Daniel leads our work to engage more children and young people in boccia. Working with our clubs, schools, colleges and universitites, he is working to ensure that every young person has the chance to play the most inclusive sport in the world.

Lauren is the Lead Coach for our Bristol Talent Hub. Working with young athletes in the region, the Lead Coach role is central to delivering our Talent Plan and introducing exciting new talented players to the boccia pathway.

George coordinates the implementation of Boccia England’s safeguarding and welfare policies and supports the governance compliance across the organisation.

George works Monday to Friday and can be contacted on 07809 336 321.

Stephanie is responsible for managing our business support services within the organisation and leads on our training offer and workforce development.

Stephanie works part time, on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
