The Super League was all to play for going into the final fixture day. Camboccia set off on a flying start winning 9-1 against Bexley Dodgers and 7-4 against Southern All Stars. Paul's Place met them in the final after winning both their challenging pool matches against Jorvik and The Breakaways. Paul's Place continued with their winning streak and took the win in the final.
Congratulations to Paul's Place taking home the double on the final day - Super League Champions 2017!
Paul's Place (above) also received Club of the year in the 2017 Boccia England Awards.
Congratulations to Camboccia (below) on their second set of silver medals this season, all that hard work has paid off and they keep their spot in the Super League 2017/18.
The Breakaways (below) took the bronze medal on the day but that wasn't enough to keep them in the Super League for another season. They will drop down to the National League for the 2017/18 season.
Bexley Dodgers won their 5th/6th play off on this final fixture day and will drop back down to the National League for 2017/18.
Jorvik Vikings (below) stay in the Super League after achieving third place overall, an all time record for a team's first year in the Super League!
Southern All Stars (below) maintain their success in the Super League taking second place overall. The question is can they take back their 2016 title next season?
They look set to have tough competition from our two newly promoted teams PACE A from London and Rio's Rockets from Nottingham. The 2018 Super League season is definitely going to be an exciting one!
